Select Type of Webbing needed for work load limit for the specific application.

9800# per Inch sling material (900 series) / 7500# per Inch sling material (600 series)

State the sling width requirement.

1″, 2″, 3″, 4″ thru 24 inch wide

Indicate the design sling length for requirement.

In feet – 3ft / 4ft / 6ft / 8ft / 10ft thru 20ft / 30ft and longer…

(single digit length insert “0″ with “X”,  example: 3ft =  ”___X03___” /  20ft = “___20___”)

Select the sling type for the specific application.

EE – Eye to Eye (Type 3 & Type 4)

EN – Endless (Type 5)

RE – Reversed Eye (Type 6)

TC – Triangle/Choker (Type 1)

TT – Triangle/Triangle (Type 2)

WB – Wide Body Cargo (Type 7)

AE – Attached Eye (Type

State the number of ply’s in design to achieve desired work load limit.

1 ply / 2 ply / 3 ply / 4 ply

Select the Material type to be used in the Design Qualifier

Nylon / Polyester / Endura-Line  / Guardian Edge

“N” = nylon / “P” = polyester / “E” = endura line / “GS” = Guardian edge

Select the Eye Design parameters.

T3 – flat eye

T4 – twisted eye

CE – Cordura padded eye (also style 1)

CWE – Cordura wrapped eye (also style 2)

RCE – stage 1 over sized eye length w/ cordura pad

KWE – stage 2 EXTRA over sized eye length w/ wrapped eye

Select the sling protection requirement for the specific sling.

Type A = sewn and fixed wear pad to body of sling

Type B = sliding sleeve wear pad (Velcro can be added to this design / spec “V” for velcro style)

Type C = sewn & wrapped edge guard

Type D = Deluxe EXTRA reinforced abrasion sleeve.
