A Little HISTORY and RE-designed focus:

SBC – Slings & Binders Company has been in business for 15 years.  We opened our doors in the spring – May of 1995.  We relocated and established our western branch manufacturing facility in Clarkston, WA as a sister company of DD Sling & Supply Co., Inc. located in suburbs of Milwaukee, WI.

In the forth (4th) quarter of 2001 SBC was independently incorporated, and in the summer of 2006 the business was acquired by current owner Jason J Schleicher.  Over the last 6 months we have made intentional actions to “RE-build” our team by adding experience in the arenas of sales & marketing, leadership individuals with experience in customer support and skilled workers to assist in production efficiency and completion guidelines.

We are still a family owned and operated organization, working together continually to provide superior price point advantages through combined purchasing power to all our partnership relationships.  We have 30+ years of industry experience in overhead sling manufacturing and cargo control assembly.  Our industry trademarks include:

• “Rough-N-Tough” Tow Straps and reversed eye web slings

As we are entering into the next phase of history we are committed to educating and training on improved care, use, and maintenance of all our manufactured synthetic lifting slings, tie down systems, rigging and hoist hardware.  In addition we are working to intentionally assist users and O.E.M engineering concepts with industry specific specialty products.  Our immediate focus in these new products will include research and development in:

• Towing & Recovery market
• Agricultural market
• Lumber yard market
• Moving company markets
• Recreation vehicle & activities markets
• Boating, Tents & Covers, and Military markets

It is a corporate philosophy to raise up leaders within our corporate structure through this same passion for training and education.  We continue to place intentional effort’s into innovative production practices, increased efficiency with tools and technology, which allows all our customers, vendor, and team member relationships to experience the benefits of unlimited opportunities.

We’ve have “RE-evaluated” many aspects of our company.  We have been in process on writing our quality assurance criteria which has provided many discoveries.  Some exposing our strengths and others exposing our weaknesses.  We are confident that we will exploit our strengths and correct the weaknesses  in all future activities with customers, vendors, and team members alike.  Many dynamics deserve “RE-medy” and our core value commitment’s will drive at multiple effects towards “RE-pair”
